We just updated our PGP CLI license today and can no longer decrypt any files that have been sent to us.  We have upgraded our license many times in the past with no problems.  Does anyone have any idea about what could cause this, and how we can fix this? We are running PGP CLI 9.0.5 build 4.

    Thanks,

    Matt

I have narrowed the problem down to it not being able to find the keyring.  We do not keep the keyring located in the default %USERPROFILE%\Documents\PGP directory.  I have tried issuing the --home-dir command to update the home directory but that does not seem to be working at all.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try using the "--public-keyring" and "--private-keyring" options to point to your keyring files.

I also recommend running "pgp --version --verbose" and verifying the "File information" section.
