PPADSFCreation.dll error in Altiris installation

Hi,
I am getting below error while installing Altiris 7.x using symantec_sim_7_1_206.
Below are the server detaills,
OS: windows 2003 sp2
Database: sql server 2008 express (downloaded by SIM)
I could not see the PPADSFCreation.dll file in specified location? I am beginner for this product. So, I would appreciate if anyone give solution for this issue and help me to continue the installation.

Which Product of Altiris you
Which Product of Altiris you are Using? According to the error its seems like PPADSFCreation.dll is missing in the Directory.
