  • 1.  Preference Menu Option (3 Dots)

    I have a Galaxy S6 with Android 6.0.1 with the Touchdown Version: 8.5.00094.  I've lost the ability to change preferences through the 3 dot menu that used to display.  Not sure what happend to the menu.  Does anyone have any recommendations?

    Hi,

    Are you using Touchdown for Smartphones? If so, the fix is to uninstall Touchdown for Smartphones and install Touchdown HD from Google Play- Touchdown HD is optimized for Android 3.x and above, and has better soft menu support. Your license will be valid for either version. Let us know if you need help with anything else.
