I'm sure the installation routine will leave the client hostname somewhere on the client.

Sysprepping will *not* find that name: You will have to change that manually, after you restored your Sysprep on another server (And restart the service).

Might I also suggest you set the client service in a STOPPED state before making the sysprep: When the new machine starts, Netbackup at least won't get confused on which host has what IP address...

After restoring you should set it to automatic start again ofcourse...
