    I know that there are so many templates on PCC, but does symantec have a detailed explanations on each template? The one on the admin guide are just descriptions. Thanks!

    The online help actually has some detail on this as well, did you check that out?

    From the Control Center click the compliance tab, then hit the Help button besde the Log Out button in the top right hand corner of the CC.  On the first help page that comes up there is some useful info and the links at the bottom of this page are also helpful.
