    Hello All,

I've been having some issues the last few days in our 7.1 envrironment and haven't been able to sort it out.  We have various tasks and jobs setup for imaging.  Currently I can run any of the tasks and jobs that involve imaging or re-imaging a system.  The issue comes when we try to capture a new image from a computer system. We have various jobs that will start with the Prepare Image for Capture task that uses Windows Sysprep and Reboots to automation. When we try to run the Job it will fail pretty quick.  We also notice that the computer we are trying to run it on never receives the task and never displays in the task history.  Not even as a failed task.  This is a job we ran quite a bit without any issue.  It seems our other task do get to the workstation and will run even the reboot to automation or PXE is working.  Just not the Prepare for Image task.  Any ideas on what could be causing this issue?  Thanks so much.

    Hi Oscar,

May be the re-arm count is zero. You have check the re-arm count by opening the command prompt and type slmgr /dlv. This will show the number of times the computer has syspreped. If it is zero you cant do a syspreped image. You have reimage the operating system and after that only you can do it. Normally re-arm count will 3 in all the system and it is based on microsoft.

can you try in any other system which has re arm count more  than 1. And also check on the task manager whether sysprep.exe is running or not.
