Preventing Tagged file from printing

Dear DLP Specialist,

I notice that when I have tagged a document by configure metadata, the file is detected by DLP for Endpoint when I am sending the file to outside or by copy to another location. But it is not detecting the file when I select print the file.

However using Keywords is working fine with preventing the print of the file

It is strange which it seems to be a bug

Amir,

do you have a endpoint agent installed on the pc you are printing from? and is the endpoint agent configured to look @ print/fax. also you may want to consider print screen and programsl like snag it and windows snipping tools. you need to add the services in which they run under to the applicatin monitoring

Yes I have DLP endpoint agent on PC and print is already selected in agent configuration. The problem is only while printing the tagged file and in the same time it is prevent the file while movement or copy or …,
 
Actually is it is strange issue which is not related to configuration.
