Printing out job sheets
Just wondering if anyone has had any experience in designing alternative forms for printing out of Altiris? We would like to have custom job sheets that each onsite tech prints out and takes with them to their job so they can get client sign off and fill in information on the form while there. Anyone have any suggestions on the best way to do this?

WinUser or Guest console?
Do you use the WinUser or Guest console of the Helpdesk? This way the end user could update their incident without having to have a paper trail. (Save the trees!)
Other than that you can create a custom form. When we did this, we engaged one of the Altiris platinum partners and had these built for us.

Ideally, I'd like an iPhone/Smartphone interface :)
But, unfortuantely getting users to update their on tickets is not easy and we need the documentation sometimes to prove we attended and completed the job to their satisfaction.
We currently use winuser but not all our clients can access this (Apple Users, Linux/Unix users).
