    Hello,

    We have discovered that when printing individual tickets in ServiceDesk using IE, many times it will dropped parts of the ticket history.  Called into Symantec Support and who then left me a message stating "this is IE issue not ServiceDesk therefore closing the case".

    Has anyone else seen this?

    Yes, our experience is that the print function in only prints the sections of ticket history that are immediately visible in the IE window. In other words, the sections of ticket history that are not visible (unless you scroll down) will not appear on the print out. We assumed this was by design as it has been the case since we installed ServiceDesk. Does anyone else concur?

    This is due to IE handling.  Attempting same operation in Firefox does not exhibit this behavior.

    I am attempting to create a report to provide this option...does anyone know it already exist?

    I do not believe one already exists. It has been on my list for a while to develop a workflow, webpart or report to be able to print tickets with the basic information needed as well as historical information and comments. There may even be mentions of this need in the Ideas section as well.
