Proactive and Network Protection not updating

This issue has been solved. See solution.
I have recently deployed few client with all the 3 features of SEP and only antivirus and antispyware defintions are updating and rest are not updating. I have tried re-installing liveupdate. I have even tried JDB on the server but they do not update.
But if i install unmanaged client all the features update properly
What can be the issue ?

What dates for definitions do
What dates for definitions do you have for PTP and NTP? Current dates/revisions are PTP April 9, 2010 r37, NTP Arpil 2, r1. Also, could you post your log.liveupdate from Documents & Settings\All Users\Application Data\Symantec\LiveUpdate?

Go admin- servers- local
VMWARE-- SEP 12.1 vs McAfee vs Trend Micro
3 things were removed from
3 things were removed from the list of selection intrution prevention and truscan. As we are only using SEP antivirus part so may be technical support person would have removed it when we called in january.
Looks this will fix the issue.
