What is the operating System on which u r trying to install SEP. Also let us know about the SEP 11.0 build, whether its MR3 or MR4.

SEP is installed on Windows 2008 and it's MR4 but the clients are XP & some are Vista
Hi,
As far as SEP client for Windows 2008 is concerned, PTP is not supported.
Please let me how u have created package for XP & Vista and how u r doing the deployment.
