Proactive Threat Protection Error in the SEP client

Please see the picture which i attached. i did restart the client computer but same situation. this problem accoured in 09-07-09.

Hi,
is this Server OS or 64 bit machine,
if its one of the this is by design. If its Win 32 bit and not server OS, then try enabling Liveupdate on client and update once and post that you may want to disable liveupdate.
Verify the same in log.liveupdate file of the client machine
