HI,
One of our client computer I noticed that Proactive Threat Protection status - OFF and Fix for all not fixing the issue.
I can see "TruScan has generated an error: code 9: description: Heuristic Scan or Load Failure" on the logs.
Plese tell me the solution to fix this issue.

Please check the verssion of endpoint installed if it is an old version update it to the latest version i.e. 11.0.4202.75

Thanks for the Information. We have more than 10,000 clients globally running with MR2 and we have plans to upgrade there clients to MR4 in the month of Nov-09.
With out Upgrading to MR4 do we have any other solution to fix this issue?

As of now I am afraid the solution provided is the only one. Since this iss a production enviornment we cannot take any chances.

Sandip, In this case I have to reinstall SEP on the client computer which I am having the issue. Since I don't want to upgrade MR4 for one client.
