Proactive Threat Protection on Symantec Endpoint Protection
Created: 18 Jun 2012 | 6 comments
I do a live update on a regular basis and am concerned that I may have a virus that Symantec wont fix automaticaly.
When I open Endpoint Protection three windows come up.
Antivirus Antispyware Protection, Proactive threat Protection, and Network Threat Protection.
All Three say ON, Your computer is protected.
After doing a Live Update Antivirus and Network protections update to a recent date.
Proactive Threat Protection stays at Friday, December 30, 2011r2
Daily updates never changes this fact and I recive no errors.
PLEASE HELP!!!

Some of those version numbers point to a very old build of SEP 11.
Make sure you are running the latest (SEP 11 MR7 MP2). You can find your version listed in the "About" tab.

Current version = 11.0.1000.1375
I believe this a self-managed client
Hi,
Upgrade is strongly recommended as you are carrying very old SEP version.
