I am having a problem with the new Altiris Licensing. I can import the new 1100 C.M.S. Licenses on the the S.I.M., but as soon as I import the 200 I.T.M.S. licenses, they overwrite the 1100 C.M.S. licenses instead of appending the license count, and then I am unable to update the C.M.S. licensing on the S.I.M. Has anyone experienced this?

Yes, that is default behaviour. The Altiris Licenses are not stackable. They have to be merged before you can import them. Otherwise only the last applied license will count.

And just in case you're wondering how to do that...
Log into the licesning site...
Click on 'Manage My Licenses' on the nav bar up top
Click on 'Advanced Search' under Search Your License Catalog
Leave the defaults and click on the Search button under the 'Search By License Details' section
Now click on any of the View Details links
Now click on Combine Licenses
You'll get a pop-up window
Check off the appropriate check boxes
Then select a product and choose the nodes to combine.

Correct. Whereas previously you could use three different license keys and they would stack (e.g. 700 + 200 + 50 = 950), now the same behavior would result in only the latest license applying (e.g. 700 + 200 + 50 = 50).

The Notification Server never had stackable licenses. That was and is the main issue for all the license problems that customers experience.
