  • 1.  Problem with autoupdate clients SEP to version 11 RU7

    Hi!
    I have updated SEPM versions 11.0.6300.803 to version 11.0.7000.975.
    Following action wanted to update clients SEP using autoupdate.
    But the delta in folder ClientPackages has a file the size 1kb
    And clients SEP download full.zip is creates the big loading on a network.
    Tried to create delta files as it is specified here http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH106032&actp=search&viewlocale=en_US&searchid=1315397938399
    Result same.
    What's the problem?

    Hello,

     

    Could you please Run the upgrade.bat file as Administrator?

    Upgrade.bat file could be found under C:\Program Files\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\bin

    Thanks!

    1. Has deleted folder \902e281c161e4da233c68f444581f26e a directory from \ClentPackages

    2. Run upgrade.bat from C:\Program Files (x86)\Symantec\Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager\bin

    3. Has reassigned upgrade packs to clients in groups.
