  • 1.  Problem with client upgrade (from version 11 to 12.1 RU5) with SEPM

    Dear all,

    i'm upgrading some clients with SEP 11 to SEP 12 from SEPM 12.1.5 but some of them doesn't upgrade. I have put these client to a group and added the right package into the Clients-> "the group i named before" -> Install packages but nothing happens. I verified on one of these clients that firewall was disabled, that admin share was enabled but io have not results. Any ideas ?

    Enable sylink debugging on one affected client and post the log here for review
