Problem connecting Backup Exec 2010 to Exchange 2010 DAG

When I try to access the Exchange group in BE2010, I get an error that I've posted a screenshot of below.

The account I am logged in with is a Domain admin/enterprise admin/Exchange admin account.  I'm stuck on what to do next to allow BE access to the DAG so I can make selections.  This is a somewhat urgent matter as our log files are filling the hard drives and they will soon be full, so I need to get a backup and get the logs out of there.

By the way, even though I'm paying for phone tech support, I was on hold for over an hour, then received an automated message stating that I would be called back in 30 minutes, so I left my information and have received no callback.   That was several hours ago.  Kudos to Symantec for awesome tech support!

I'm not really expecting much here, though.  The other forum topics on this same subject have gone unanswered:
