Problem with Content Encryption Replies

I have just recently subscribed and enable the content encryption service (I chose plan "A"). I have begun testing the service and have noticed that the SMG is filtering out message replies from the portal (When the recipient logs into the portal and replies to the message). The logs show "All recipients are invalid", and "Reject messages failing bounce attack validation". As the log would indicate, I am doing both recipient and bounce attack validation. I'm guessing that since the reply is also encrypted, the SMG is unable to open the message to validate. What would be the proper procedure to "pair" the SMG to the service? Do I create rules to look for encrypted and unscannable mail from messagelabs.com? Do I add them as an internal mail host? Also, if the messages are now held in the portal, what is the procedure for admins to monitor/clean up messages in the portal?

    Thanks for the help,
