Did you doublecheck if the BE service account has access permissions to the Hyper-V server ?
In specfic to create virtual machines.

'm using vSphere, as would give permission???
In your fist post you post an Hyper-V errormessage ?
But for your restore to vSphere, are you using a licensed edition of vSphere or the free version ?

If you excuse me, if it's a free version.
Free version won't work, you need to have a licensed edtion as BE uses some features that requires a licensed editon. See:

You can try to run the ESXi server in evaluation mode:

lets not put on evaluation, I will seek a license from vmware and you notice how I was, thanks.
A query: My server has several particones File Server and want to convert it to virtual but only the system disk, how could I?? can?? because my disk file are 4 TB each??? I miss anything missing ... SOS.
Maximum VMDK file size is 2 TB so your server is too big.
