    Hello to all

    I have a trouble with my deployment
    I have my Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager on a Windows Server 2003 Enterprise and I would come to deploy the client on a windows 7, but I can pas.Lorsque I start the deployment, but it runs on any windows 7 happens for more than two hours. nothing moves.
    Please can someone give me a solution

    try to install it locally, follow these steps in the remote troubleshooting.html

    C:/Program%Files/Symantec/Symantec%Endpoint%Protection%Manager/tomcat/bin/remote_troubleshooting.html

    Hi,

    Please go to Start-> %temp% -> check the SEP_INST.LOG

    You can post that log as an attachment to your next comment.

    I've tried to make it work locally. even when I deploy from a console installed on Windows XP deployment takes place, but from a console installed on Windows Server 2003 can not

    are these windows 7 located on a slow link?
    you are trying to push from a remote console ? 
    take the package and copy the clientremote and ClientRemoteRes.dll 
    to any system.now try pushing the package.

    my problem could be solved when I disabled the wizard file sharing

    Good to hear that the issue has been resolved, file share is the basic requirement for remote deployment hope you have read the above link for remote deployment, you can use that for your future reference incase you run into any issues ;)
