  • 1.  Problem in emails stuck in Queue

    HI Guys!!!

    I need the immediate solution our client have running Symantec Brightmail Gateway 9.0.There SBG licenses has been expired today and they didnt upload there renewed license key the problem is all the emails are stuck in emails queued.after tht they upload there licenses but the issue is not fix.

    Please help me Guys m awaiting ur solutions.

    You need to have them call us, this is not something easily troubleshot over forum comments.

    Issue is resolved after restarting the appliance.
