This issue has been solved. See solution.

Hi there,

I've just installed the evaluation version of SEEMS and after installing I always get the following error: "Unable to access IIS"

In the Configuration Manager, I cant reconfigure the fields in the "Web Server Configuration"-Tab.

My enviroment:  Windows Server 2008 R2

Does someone have an advice?

Thanks in advance

Once SEEMS is installed, if you have selected port 80 for SEE Server, make sure that it is not already in use by the Default Website. If it is, disable the default website and start the SEEMS website in IIS.

Also, make sure the ASP.NET 2.x web service extension is allowed in the IIS Manager. The prerequisites for SEEMS installation are asp.net, .NET 2.0 & IIS.
