Hello,
The Windows registry controls drive letters. What this is saying that when you restore your computer, SSR will put everything back the way it was, exactly, but if it is dissimilar hardware, or something has changed such as new or different disks are in the machine, it is possible that one of the drive letters may change. This can also happen if the operating system volume is not C:\.
One thing you can do is restore the operating system partition \ Windows boot partition and get Windows up and running. Then restore any other partitions. If any partitions aren't the same drive letter, you can change the drive letter from within Windows. Again, Windows is ultimately responsible for drive letters.

Please see the attachment. While am clicking next in the recover my computer menu. Its going back to the original screen."DRIVE LETTER UNDER THE SYMANTEC RECOVERY MIGHT NOT MATCH WITH THE WINDOWS ENVIRONMENT"
This is not a problem, it's just an informational message.
Some of the drive mappings within the recovery environment are just temporary mappings. The recovery environment is just a WindowsPE 'session'.
