  • 1.  Problem to import a new package.

    Mr,

    When I import software on new packages the console showed, this error.

    I restart altiris services and check database, the database have defragmentation max but works fine.

    Hi,

    Looks like duplicated entries exist in vResource for your Package Server. The root cause which could cause this problem is already fixed in currently developed problem, but in yor case you need to clean up the duplicated entry from the database. I suggest to log support incident for this problem and request this clean-up script from Symantec Support.
