    Hi Saravan,

This looks like a Symantec Endpoint Protection forum question. Please repost in the correct forum (https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/security/forums/endpoint-protection-antivirus) and someone will assist. It would also help when you repost to include your install steps, logs and screenshots. That way, you are more likely to get help.

    Kind Regards,
    Ian./

1."'m trying to install the client package in server its says some error message" Can you tell us what is the error message you are getting?
2.Whether the symantec endpoint service is getting started?
in client GUI in help and support--->Trouble shooting are you able to see the server name/Ip and the group it belongs?

    Also check this
    Click Start > Control Panel > gpedit.msc
Go to Windows settings> Security settings > Local policies> User rights assignment.
Edit Adjust Memory Quotas for a Process and Replace a Process Level Token, and add Network Service to the two policies.
Restart the computer after applying the changes.
