Deployment Solution

I am having an issue when I am trying to install Deployment Solution 7.1

I recently removed the application due to problems with the initial installation.  I was then going to re-install the software with freshly downloaded code.  However when the SIM tries to install the Deployment Solution Core, it failed the install on the package (Deployment Solution TaskServer Handler), with Error code 1603. 

When I try to run the installation manually I get the following error in the Event Logs

Product: Deployment Solution TaskServer Handler -- Error 1720. There is a problem with this Windows Installer package. A script required for this install to complete could not be run. Contact your support personnel or package vendor.  Custom action Delete specific files and folders for upgrade script error -2147217406, SWbemServicesEx: Not found  Line 68, Column 1,

Thanks for the update, but I ended up completely uninstalling my whole NS, including removing all registry keys and files. It is now working.
