    Hi All

I have a Win7 x64 PC which was running SEP 11.0.6 perfectly fine.
I've upgraded our SEPM to 12.1 in the last day or so, and I thought I'd upgrade my machine first to SEP12.1 by doing an over-install ( I didnt remove SEP11 first).. anyway long story short it didnt work and now i cannot get a SEP client installed onto my laptop.

I've followed the manual removal instructions for SEP11 and cleaned up my machine, and now this is what happend

SEP12.1 will install and liveupdate completes, so everything looks fine - i even get a SEP icon in the system tray with a yellow warning saying that i need to reboot.  So i reboot

Then during windows 7 booting, I get a "catastrophoc failure" before just before the Windows GUI has loaded.  I log in and SEP has gone.

If I try to laucnh SEP from start > programs then it says some errors about services not installed etc.

I can now remove SEP cleanly from add/remove programs , without any errors and reboot fine.  However i just can install it again.

    Anyone got any ideas?

Is there a version of NONAV or CleamWipe about which works for SEP?

    Thanks

The  latest version of CleanWipe is v12.1.1000.157. you need to contact support to get that.
