  • 1.  Problem with internet updating virusdef winpe2

    hi all

    i have the live cd from symantec with the recovery tool.
    the value of the recovery tool is a virus scanner.

    now the wizard is starting but i can't update the virusdefs.
    The Message is:

    "Couldn't get protection update"

    can everyone help me?

    Look at the help file there would be an option to download intelligent updater and run with updated  defs on machines without internet
