    Posted Jun 07, 2012 03:08 PM

    Hello,

I have followed the setup guides to the T!

Currently I am having a problem when I enter the  the iOS Configuration Editor in order to start enter the SCEP info.

    When it load I receive:

Unable to connect to the Configuration Manager Service. Default Feature Set enabled in a yellow box

If I click on any of the sub items then the screen loads for a coupel of settings then I receive

    HttpWebException_WebRequest_RemoteServer.

    • I have reinstalled Silverlight
    • I have removed UAC on the MDM server
    • http and https give the same error

Does any body have any ideas?????

    Thanks,

Did you try to uninstall Silverlight completely, navigate to the IOS Config Page again, install the Silverlight version which is now shown?

This was a tough one! Hope that this helps someone else!

After looking at the request with wireshark and fiddler I found that I was getting a 302 redirect when I hit the web service that underpins the page.

After checking the Web App that was being used (/Altiris/MobileManagementSilverlight) I found that Forms Auth was enabled (giving the normal 302 redirect to a forms based page) - after turning that off on this web app, all seemed to be fine.

    Thanks.

I installed silverlight on the client machine that was accessing the console and reinstalled it and I still have the same problem?

    Any more ideas?

    Thanks,
