Problem Lisence BE 2012

Dear All,

I have problem with lisence BE 2012, I import file *.slf and this success, but the status of BE 2012 always Trial Version.

Hello there,

    Observe Fig 3 from the technote "http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH183970"

It shows a License key called "Backup Exec 2012".

This is what missing from your screenshot which you have posted in the original post.

Basically what you have entered are all Maintenance Contract License key and one SLF that you have entered is of Remote Media Agent for Linux.

Speak to Symantec Customer care and get the PRODUCT License key as you already have MAINTENANCE License key.

I don't see you have added backup exec core license key I only see maintinance licenses so please add them and it will not show trial ware once installed.

Hi

Please contact licensing for Symantec to get the right SLF for backup exec 2012 base license that is core license and once you get it ,import it and install it as per the document mentioned by you

...it appears your core license is installed (Backup Exec 2012), but there might be something wrong with the licensing file. Rather contact the licensing department and ask them to reissue you with a new *.slf file.
