  • 1.  Problem with LUA 2.2.1.13

    Hi,

    I got problem to download virus def. from Symantec with LUA,

    Every time I try to download SEP def. and product update it fails on SESC virus definitions win32 and SESM virus definitions win32.

    What can be wrong? Dose anyone else got this problem?

    I guess the def available with DB has been corrupt you try to repair with Rex4defs and increase the internet connection timeout.

    We have two new installed LUA server and both have the same error. I have tried to change the timeout  to180 sec, but we still got same error.


    Even SAV 10.0 virus def. files fails when we try to download

    Hi,

           Do these LUA servers connect to the internet through a Proxy..if so please check the settings or else bypass the Proxy and then check the download again.

    the problem is solved, it was our proxy that get problem with the new LUA 2.2
