With problem Management I can have a SLAs and e-mail status notifications ? I didnt see nothing implemented.
The Problem Management module of ServiceDesk 7.5 hasn't been upgraded to support the new SLA or Email templates.
With the release of the upcoming ServiceDesk 7.6 this module has been upgraded to incorporate these features.

ServiceDesk 7.6 is scheduled for release in Q4 of this year.
