Problem with Message Audit Logs on SBG v.8

    Dear all Profressional,

         When I find messages on Message Audit Log function.The message log doesn't show the original Subject & Verdict. 
         What's happening? Can you tell me why?

         The original subject  shows "(none)" & The verdict doesn't show anything.

    Off the top of my head, could be recipient validation rejecting the message at the RCPT TO: stage of the SMTP conversation.
    At that point, we haven't seen the message body so understandably don't know what it is.

    What does the verdict say?

    Can you post a screenshot, removing identifiable information such as public IP and email addresses.

    Hi there,

    It seem I also have the very same problem. is there any solution on this problem. I use Symantec Brightmail Gateway 8.0.1-7

    when you click on the email address in the message audit log list, does it show that it was delivered to an IP address? Please post a screen shot removing any personal information and we can analyse it.
