Hello,

SSIM Maintenance Release 1 contains optional compliance queries which should be installed separately after MR1 package. I tried to install these additional queries on two newly installed appliances, but in both cases I had following errors:

[root@ssim]# sh compliancequeries.sh
ssim
Enter the Directory Administrator name :
cn=root
Enter the password for the Directory Administrator (will not be printed on the screen) :
Debug: Loading prototype QML files...
Debug: Loaded and validated 143 prototype QML files in 766 ms

Both servers have all patches and fixes installed:

SSIM version : 4.5.0.113 installed at Tue Jul 24 15:24:42 CEST 2007
SESA Version (v 2.5.2.18) installed at Tue Jul 24 15:24:42 CEST 2007
SSIM 4.5.1.15 Service Pack 1 : Tue Jul 24 16:27:45 CEST 2007
DB2 FixPak 14 + IBM Patch applied at : Tue Jul 24 16:45:48 CEST 2007
SSIM 4.5.1.15 Maintenance Release 1 : Wed Jul 25 09:34:58 CEST 2007

Any suggestion will be appreciated.

When installing the Compliance Queries, you must enter the SSIM Administrator name (i.e. administrator), not the LDAP root user.

This is mentioned in the readme:

When prompted for the Directory Administrator name, enter the SSIM
administrator name.  The default SSIM Administrator name is administrator.

Thank you for answer, it was obvious mistake and often such mistakes are easy to be overlooked.
Of course now  compliance.sh  can be executed without errors.
