Problem with open a option release or view of summary mail

    Hi:

    When i received the email of spam summary , i click in option release or view a this send me this in IE 8

    The page no found , please check
    error 404.

    Some fix to them?

    Hi Manuel,

    Kindly change the SMTP host from 127.0.0.1 to the IP address of your downstream server & try if you able to release the email.

    go to Administration--> Control Center-->SMTP Host--> Define new Host ( here provide the IP of your downstream server & try to release the email).

    Kindly let us know if you are still facing the same problem.
