    can you pass on the sylink log?

    Can you pass the Sylink log file on from the sylink monitor tool?  The amount of logging it catches is insane, and it could really help us pinpoint your problems.

    Thanks!

    Hi

    Try moving your clients to a new group in the SEPM?

    If that does not work, create a new deployment package and group move that client to new group

    Thanks.

    ok. you can also check the IIS log on SEPM if the client ever reported. also check if that client is in user mode by any chance.

    8014 port will we open in SEPM server to communicate the client and SEPM server,

    Open the 8014 port in SEPM server to client machine for both side communication.

    if the other clients are reporting to SEPM then it could be issue on client side. Checking firewall logs on client side or on network firewall if the client is connecting through WAN.

    I was looking for sylink log, however the sylink.xml  helped here!. Hope you have not edited the IP :-)

    the management server list needs to be edited, as it is not having correct IP address. You need to copy the correct sylink.xml on to the client.

      <Server Address="172." HttpPort="80" HttpsVerifyCA="0" VerifySignatures="1" />
      </ServerPriorityBlock>
    - <ServerPriorityBlock Name="Priority2">
      <Server Address="172." HttpPort="80" HttpsVerifyCA="0" VerifySignatures="1" />
