Problem with remote agent in ms cluster exchange server

Running BEWS 11d in windows 2003

both nodes installed remote agent in MS cluster windows 2003 SP1, but unable to view exchange mailbox in BackupExec Console -> Backup-> Source-> selection. Needs help.

Remote Agent version 11.0.6235.0

Lim,
It is no longer necessary to perform individual mailbox backups, and by default the view of them is not enabled. A new feature known as Granular Restore Technology (GRT) was introduced in 11d which allows you to restore individual items from a normal IS backup.
It is recommended that GRT backups be done to disk in order for the restores to be done quickly (you can backup to tape, but upon restore, the entire IS needs to be staged to disk in order to retrieve the individual item)

Daniel,

Problem is I'm unable to view microsoft information store icon as well when make selection from BE console in cluster virtual server.

Hi Lim;
I am currently having the same problem with BE 10d. Did you manage to solve this issue?
Any help would really be appreciated.
