Problem with restoring file using backup exec 11.

I can backup file to by backup server just fine. I can't restore files from my backup. I'm getting a remote access diened error. What m i doing wrong

hi there

There is no use of remote access while doing restore. restore requires only ur tape drive & media .

can u please tell me, how u r doing the restore.
