Hi,
we have problems with the filtering rules in Symantec Mail Security 6.0.0.177.
Attachments will be deleted, this rule is ok.
But attachments in archives (.zip or .rar) wont be deleted. We tried "thousand´s" of rules, but we have no access.
H e l p!
Can anyone please tell (send or write) us how to create such a rule with all necessary parameters.
Our mainproblem: Our english is not the best, therefore we ask for your help.
