SMSMSE 6.0.9 problem with SCC cluster 2008 on Exchange 2007

Dear All,
I have some problem about SMS v.6.0.9 with windows 2008 cluster (SCC mode). So I install SMSMSE on all nodes & configured the cluster resource completely. When I tried to failover from node1 to node2, if I failover it by manual it could do. But It couldn't work with automatic and sent error "event log 1069".
Can anyone advise me to solve it.
