    Dear Symantec supporters, gurus.

I'm facing some problem with my SEPM. It just happen with my company.

A few weeks before I found my network interference and found to be a SEPM server.

I tried to check and find it when I closed the SEPM Webserver, my network back to normal.

I copied tomcat log and it always say

[warn] (OS 64)The specified network name is no longer available.  : winnt_acceptIocp: Asynchronous AcceptEx failed.
    [warn] [client 10.x.x.x] (106)Unknown error: ISAPI: ServerSupport function HSE_REQ_TRANSMIT_FILE ap_pass_brigade failed: C:/Program Files/Symantec/Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager/Inetpub/secars/secars.dll
[warn] [client 10.x.x.x] (OS 10054)An existing connection was forcibly closed by the remote host.  : ISAPI: HSE_STATUS_ERROR result from HttpExtensionProc(): C:/Program Files/Symantec/Symantec Endpoint Protection Manager/Inetpub/secars/secars.dll

    (Full log in attachment)

I'm not sure are there something wrong about my setting?

Now I can only disable the that service because when I start it up, I cann't Ping to other neighbour servers.

    Thanks in advance,

    Chan Ku

Looks like content updates, do you have any GUPs in place?

Looks like something messed up the Symantec Web Service. It can't find the secars website. I'd perform a repair on the install and see if that helps.

Dear Brian, No GUPs in my place.

Dear Alex, [Updated] I reinstalled OS and SEPM, still the same. It's normally happen every early work-hour (link my company clients start up and update at the same time).

I'm not sure dose it involve about server spec, Liveupdate policies or not.

    Regards,
