  • 1.  Problem with Solution Licences

    Hi everyone, please could someone help me? We had installed by error serveral Suites Licences (9), then we need to do a "RollBack" or reinstal the correct licences. We had tried Reinstall the correct licences but don't got it.
    What can we do?
    Please We need some help

    Hello Crono,
    Do you wish to keep the solutions you installed? Do you have the appropriate licenses?

    Please see the attached on how to replace trial licenses with 'regular' licenses.
