Problem with Symantec SIM and Windows system integration

Hello!

We faced with an issue in SSIM Version 4.8.0.505 and Microsoft® Windows® Event Collector 4.3. After configuring collector and setting up the Agent we can see only statistic information of collector in the events/templates/ip address activity tab. Agent is working correctly as we can see in Agent logs (the connection is established and logs are collected and sent to the server). But we cannot see the user activity, system management, security logs of windows system.

Could any help me with that?
