Hi All, Im having problem with BE 12.5 in backing up the Exchange Server 2007 in which also installed in the domain controller as well.

From the test credential windows, some of the components are failed :-| how can i do the backup of the whole server in case i need to rebuild the server from beginning then ?

Any idea would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks.

As those appear to be share level resources, have you tried making the selections via the drive letters?

Also just in case it is a problem purely with the test - what happens if you run the backup job?

Success BUT with warning ?

Hi All,

this is the result after waiting for 3.5 hrs of Exchange Server full backup.

Backup- \\ExcSrv07.domain.com\ExchangeOAB
 - AOFO: Initialization failure on: "\\ExcSrv07.domain.com\CertEnroll". Advanced Open File Option used: Microsoft Volume Shadow Copy Service (VSS).
V-79-10000-11231 - VSS Snapshot error. Activity on a volume is preventing all volumes from being snapped. Try selecting the option  'Process logical volumes for backup, one at a time' , and then run the job again. --> yes i did in the backup job selection properties. ?
