Hi Felipe,

(If you are using Symantec Mobile Security 7.2, the Mobile Security forum may be the best place for questions: https://www-secure.symantec.com/connect/security/forums/mobile-security)

I have seen that once before: analysis showed that the server in question had a very old version of Java installed.  The excerpt above shows this server has 1.6, too.... (yes, I know system requirements don't specifiy an exact minimum version of Java 1.6)

Can you upgrade the version of Java on that machine to the very latest (DEFINITELY a good idea, with all the recently discovered Java vulnerabilities) and see if that does not resolve the issue?  I believe it did the first time I encountered this.

With thanks and best regards,

Mick

Hi Felipe,

Just checking to see if you have had the opportunity to try the above out?
