  • 1.  Problem with user signing verification

    Hi,

I have problem with signing verifying. All keys are managed by Universal Server - SKM mode.
When I prepare encrypt package: right-click on file Symantec -> Secure (file) with key.
Next Next I click Add and choose key from server. After that I choose signing my key
and I send this to another user inside domain.

He decrypt file using a decrypt and verify. The file has been decrypted but he have
an information inside history verification window about problems with not recognized signature.

What should I do that the signature was verified?

    Thank you,
    Greg

    Hi Greg,

In the SED client, under PGP Keys search for Keys (limit the search to your server (Search: <keys.yourdomain>).
Search for that key and add the public key of the signer to the keyring (right-click: Add To > All Keys).
