    Buenos dias tengo problemas para instalar un cliente de symantec endpoint protection en windows 8, al momento que lo instalo se reinicia y luego no puedo ingresar.

     

    No se si es problema de compatibilidad:

    What version of SEP are you trying to install? 12.1 RU2 is the first compatible version with Windows 8.

    Does it install at all? Or not?

    Make sure you are installing 12.1 RU2 or 12.1 RU2 MP1 for Windows 8 installation:

    Hi, 

    Windows 8 is only supported by SEP 12.1 RU 2 or later.
