  • 1.  problema para activar la licencia de un SEPM

    Buenos días, tenemos un problema para activar la licencia de un SEPM .


    Tenemos algunos números de serie de licencias y al intentar activarlos aparece  el error "The serial number that was provided cannot be validate as it apperas to be unsupported source"

    El  SEPM es 12.01.2015

    ¿Cuál puede ser el error?

     

    Las licencias han sido obtenidas correctamente de Symantec

    as per error you license key are not valid,

    Best bet you can contact symantec licensing team

    I would suggest calling support to get this worked out.

    Lo hemos resuelto con el archivo slf que nos ha proporcionado Symantec
