    El problema que tengo es que cuando envio una tarea a un cliente la primera vez el cliente o el agente la recibe y la ejecuta rapido pero si en seguida envio otra tarea se tarda mucho el agente en recibirla hasta despues de un largo periodo de tiempo la recibe. Esto no es solo en un agente es en varios. Necesito ayuda por favor

     

    The problem I have is that when I send a task to a client the first time the client or the agent receives and executes faster but then sent another task takes much the agent to receive it until after a long period of time get. This is not just an agent is in many. Please Can your help me

    Hola Hevert, como estas?

    • Cuantos equipos son gerenciados por su Altiris?
    • Cuantos Site Servers están configurados como Task Servers?
    • Los equipos en que ocurren problema, estan en la misma subnet del Task Server?

    Mira los logs del cliente y quizas haya un error o algo que nos apunte al problema.  Si encuentras algo dale una copia de los logs a esta hilera.

    Cuento con 2 site server y 1 Notification Server, verificando los siteserver me di cuenta que no se estaban registrando equipos en ellos, lo que hice fue borrar los al igual que los sitios y volver a crearlos y se soluciono el problema con las tareas ya se envian correctamente.

     

    El problema que tengo es cuando envio un trabajo de creacion de imagen marca Error.

     

    Tambien no se si sea correcto cuando envio un trabajo de reboot to automation el equipo solo muestra una pantalla Que dice Symantec Automation y una venta en MSdos y de ahi no pasa
